General Assembly (GA1)
 

The largest and most representative committee in Model United Nations, responsible for debating and making recommendations on various global issues allocated through the agenda items. GA1 follows a cycle of debate, negotiation, and decision-making with the goal of making recommendations through adopted resolutions that address the United Nation's priority issues.

• Developing frameworks for the safe and sustainable utilization of space resources for socioeconomic benefit by private and national space programs

• Addressing the continued threat of piracy towards international shipping
